Kathleen Winston

Kathleen “Katie” Winston is a skilled paralegal at Hernandez Law Firm, where she has contributed her expertise for the past four years. Growing up in The Woodlands, Texas, Kathleen has deep roots in the community. She holds a Bachelor’s in Spanish from Sam Houston State University and a Master’s in Counseling Education from Sam Houston University, graduating in 2024. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Kathleen brings a diverse set of communication skills to her role, ensuring that clients from all backgrounds feel understood and supported.

Kathleen is passionate about her work and dedicated to providing excellent legal support to the Hernandez Law Firm team. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys watching movies, cross-stitching, and spending time with her cherished cats Little Bits and Bruce.

Her unique combination of legal, counseling, and language skills makes her an invaluable asset to the firm, where she continually strives to help clients navigate challenging legal situations with care and attention.
